Positive: The hosts live on the property and make sure that you have everything you could possibly need. The property is beautiful and quiet. It is on a country road, but is located so that it is easy to drive to many wonderful sites in the Alentejo region of Portugal. Nuno and Sandra are incredibly kind and charming. They made us feel so welcome and comfortable. Nuno even built us a fire in the fireplace since our first evening was rainy and cool. I 100% recommend. We had a two bedroom apartment with two large, comfortable beds and two bathrooms. Perfect for our needs. Quaint and traditional, but all the modern comforts.
Summary: The Portuguese countryside at its best.
